Going to university is the start of an exciting career journey for a lot of students, but there is plenty that they can do before they graduate to put them in the best position to join the working world.

We work with a wide range of partners across London to organise K+ careers days that give our students an insight into a working world to which, ordinarily, they would not have access. Interacting with professionals and learning about the work of an organisation empowers our students to think ambitiously about their future career and gain an understanding of how they might get there.

Getting some experience in the working world before going to university is a great way to demonstrate that students are serious about their subject – it can be helpful to talk about in a personal statement when applying for particularly competitive courses.
